These are direct support channels for order, fulfillment, return, refund, cancellation, and privacy questions.

Shipping & pickup policy

Jacksonville pickup

Local pickup is free. We send pickup instructions by text or email when an order is ready. At a staffed game-day table, customers may show a paid confirmation for immediate handoff while inventory is available.

U.S. shipping

Shipping is a flat $6 USD per order to eligible United States addresses. Shipped orders are normally prepared within 5 business days. Carrier transit is typically 2–7 business days after acceptance, but weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend delivery time. Tracking is provided when available.

If we cannot ship within 10 business days, we will contact you and offer the choice to keep the order open or cancel it for a full refund.

Return, refund & cancellation policy

Unused and unworn hats in original condition may be returned within 30 days after delivery or pickup. Contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the return instructions.

• For an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days. We cover the approved return cost and offer a replacement, if available, or a full refund.
• For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Original outbound shipping is not refundable.
• Because inventory is limited, exchanges are not guaranteed. A return and new order may be required.
• Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped or handed over for pickup.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Banks and card issuers commonly take 5–10 business days to post a refund.

Privacy policy

We collect the name, email address, phone number, ordered items, fulfillment choice, payment status, and—when shipping is selected—delivery address needed to process and support an order. We use this information for payment confirmation, fulfillment, receipts, customer service, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

Stripe processes payment and checkout information. Jacksonville Youth Football does not receive or store a customer's full card number. Shipping details may be shared with a delivery carrier only as needed to fulfill an order.

The site records limited first-party events such as page views, checkout starts, and payment confirmations using a random browser identifier. The application does not store IP addresses in its analytics records. Browser storage is used to remember that random identifier.

We retain order records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information where applicable, email jtdixon67@gmail.com.

The store is intended for purchases by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; a parent or guardian should place any order for a minor.

Payment security

The site uses HTTPS, and payment is completed through Stripe's PCI-compliant Checkout. Eligible cards and digital wallets are presented securely by Stripe based on the customer's device and eligibility. Secret payment credentials are kept on the server, and Stripe webhook messages are verified before an order is marked paid.

Terms of sale

The store sells the two Jacksonville Golden Eagles performance hats described and pictured on the product page. Each hat costs $35 USD; flat U.S. shipping, when selected, costs $6 USD per order. The total is shown before payment.

• This is a merchandise sale. A purchase is not a donation, charitable contribution, raffle entry, sweepstakes entry, or chance to win.
• Customers must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or legal guardian place the order.
• Orders are limited to 10 hats per checkout and are subject to available inventory.
• Product photography is intended to show color and detail accurately, but screen settings can cause minor color variation.
• Promotional statements such as “limited release” and “while supplies last” refer to available inventory and do not promise a future restock.

By completing payment, the customer confirms the order details and agrees to these policies. These terms do not limit any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
